Packing List (Weekend Retreats)

One of the most popular questions: WHAT DO I PACK?! Don't worry we got you covered with this packing list!

This list is not all inclusive and is subject to change with each retreat we recommend checking back prior to packing for the weekend.

Clothes:

  • 3-4 workout outfits(there are 5 master sessions plus a Glow Flow (February retreat: aka bring some neon!)
  • Pajamas
  • Comfy lounge clothes
  • Slippers

Class Equipment:

  • Mat
  • Props from home if you prefer those otherwise props will be provided in limited quantity
  • Journal & Pen
  • Water Bottle

Optional:

  • Towel
  • Swim Suit 
  • Shoes are not required for class but you may want a pair of sneakers for outdoor exploring/getting to & from class. 
  • Jacket (if you plan to walk around outside)
  • Cold weather gear (fall/winter retreat)

Other:

  • Each room will have toiletries/towels in the bathrooms
  • Fridge/Microwave will also be in each room if you want to bring snacks or beverages. 
  • Cash/check if you are getting a massage
  • Alcoholic Beverages (must be 21+ to bring and drink) must be kept in the personal rooms/cabin lounge. They cannot be brought into the Main Lodge or classroom.

  • Yoga Mat (props from home if prefer)
